Annual training for everyone

Today the Chief team set aside several hours to renew safety and quality training. The employees broke up into six groups and moved from station to station, covering topics from ergonomics to fire safety, quality and processes, and procedures. After the training, the team joined together for a giant cookout and prize give-away. Some of the lucky winners walked away with Orca Coolers and Home Grills. Safety first, everyone!...

Chief employee saves a coworker from choking.

Chief forklift driver, Ken Watkins, noticed another employee struggling to breath during their break. Ken assessed the situation and realized the employee was choking on something she had eaten. He quickly performed the Heimlich maneuver and dislodged the item from his coworkers throat. We are grateful for Ken’s alertness and immediate action to help someone in need!...
